03. Personal Data We Collect
EyeRise is a presentation website and collects personal data mainly through the contact form. Depending on the fields completed, we may collect: first and last name; email address; telephone number; company or project name; the service for which a proposal is requested; the content of the submitted message; and any other information provided voluntarily.
Please do not submit information through the form that is not necessary for us to assess your request. We do not intentionally request or collect special categories of personal data, such as information regarding health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, biometric data, sexual activity, or sexual orientation.
04. Technical Data
When you access the website, the technical providers involved in hosting, securing, or operating the website may automatically process certain technical information, including IP address; date and time of access; device type; operating system; browser type and version; pages accessed; technical error information; and data required to prevent spam and cyberattacks.
This information is used to operate, secure, and protect the website and is not used by EyeRise to create individual user profiles.
05. How We Collect Data
Data may be collected when you complete and submit the contact form; contact us by email or telephone; request information about EyeRise services; request a commercial proposal; or continue a conversation initiated through the website. The data is provided directly by you on a voluntary basis.
06. Purposes of Processing
Personal data may be processed to review and respond to submitted messages; understand projects, identify appropriate services, estimate resources, and prepare commercial proposals; conduct discussions before a potential collaboration and prepare related documents; retain communication history to continue conversations and avoid requesting information already provided; secure the website by preventing spam, fraud, security incidents, and unauthorized access; and comply with legal obligations, requests from competent authorities, or defend the controller’s rights and legitimate interests.
07. Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of one or more legal grounds provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Pre-contractual steps: when you request a proposal or initiate a discussion regarding a potential collaboration, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Legitimate interest: responding to general inquiries, managing communications, organizing commercial activity, protecting the website, preventing fraud and security incidents, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Legal obligation: where necessary for STRIKER MEDIA S.R.L. to comply with an applicable legal obligation — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Consent: where processing requires it, consent will be requested separately in a clear, specific, and voluntary manner — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Submitting the contact form does not automatically constitute consent to receive newsletters or promotional messages.
08. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing data through the contact form is voluntary. Certain information, such as your name, email address, and message, may be marked as mandatory because it is necessary to identify and process your request. If mandatory data is not provided, we may be unable to process the request or provide a response.
09. Data Retention Period
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. In general, requests not resulting in a collaboration may be retained for up to 12 months from the last interaction; collaboration data for the duration of the contractual relationship; documents subject to legal obligations for the period required by law; and data needed for legal claims until the relevant limitation periods expire. Technical data and security logs may be retained for limited periods depending on technical and security requirements. Backup data is deleted in accordance with applicable technical overwrite and deletion cycles. After the applicable retention periods expire, data will be deleted, anonymized, or archived, as appropriate.
10. Data Recipients
Personal data is not sold, rented, or commercially traded. Where necessary for website operation or handling a request, data may be accessible to web hosting providers; website platform providers; contact-form, email, cloud-storage, security, and technical-maintenance providers; authorized collaborators reviewing a request; legal, tax, or accounting advisers; and public authorities, courts, or competent institutions where disclosure is required by law. 11. International Data Transfers
Some technical providers may store or process data outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where an international data transfer takes place, it will only be carried out under a mechanism recognized by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision from the European Commission, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another lawful mechanism under the GDPR. If a security incident that may affect personal data is identified, the necessary measures will be taken in accordance with applicable law.
13. Rights of Data Subjects
Under the GDPR, you have the right to clear information about processing; access and confirmation that we process your data; rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; erasure where data is no longer necessary or other legal conditions apply; restriction of processing; data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out automatically; objection to processing based on legitimate interests; withdrawal of consent at any time; lodging a complaint with the competent authority; and not being subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, where it produces legal or similarly significant effects. The right to erasure is not absolute: data may be retained where necessary for legal obligations or legal claims. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
14. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise your rights, email business@striker.media with the recommended subject line “Personal Data Request.” Your request must contain sufficient information to identify you and the data concerned. To protect information, we may request additional data necessary to verify identity. Requests are reviewed without undue delay and, as a general rule, within one month. 16. Marketing Communications
Data submitted through the contact form will not automatically be used to subscribe you to a newsletter or send promotional messages. Marketing communications will only be sent where they have been explicitly requested, separate consent has been provided, or another applicable legal basis exists. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing business@striker.media.

As of the date of the latest update, the EyeRise website does not use analytics, advertising, remarketing, or profiling cookies. The website may use strictly necessary technologies for technical operation, securing the contact form, preventing spam and cyberattacks, maintaining website stability, and storing essential technical preferences. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies are introduced in the future, users will be informed and those cookies will only be activated after consent has been obtained where required by law.
18. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
EyeRise does not use data collected through the contact form to make decisions based solely on automated processing. We do not create profiles that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on users.
19. Links to External Websites
The EyeRise website may contain links to websites, social-media platforms, or services operated by third parties. STRIKER MEDIA S.R.L. does not control how these websites collect or use personal data. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of each external service before providing personal data.
